Executive Breakfast Series

Presented by: 

The Executive Breakfast Series, presented by Aon Hewitt, will consist of a series of breakfast meetings where HR executives will be able to come together to discuss important issues and trends affecting their workplaces. In addition to breakfast, each session will feature a session host speaking for 10-15 minutes on a topic of interest followed by 45 minutes of roundtable conversation with participants.

These breakfasts will be limited to senior HR executive(s) in each company.

Accountability is a Two Way Street

One of the common challenges we hear from CEOs and other business leaders and managers is about the amount of time spent trying to hold employees accountable. When asked how they are attempting to address the challenge, the response is often about carrot and stick approaches. The presentation and following dialogue will examine how to achieve true accountability and psychological ownership within an organization. But be prepared to find out ate accountability is a two-way street. 

Facilitator:

Charles J. Meltzer, Ph.D. is President of the SynTECGroup, an organizational development consulting firm which specializes in assisting organizations and its people create sustainable change. Dr. Meltzer is a master trainer for the Booth 360° Leadership Assessment tools and has for over 15 years employed these tools as part of a large executive coaching practice. He also holds the rare distinction of Master Trainer in Relationship Awareness Theory, the study of understanding human motivation and how motivation translated into behaviour.

Dr. Meltzer has developed a distinguished record assisting many leading corporations and companies in the areas of Individual and Team Performance Excellence, Strategic and Succession Planning, Leadership and Management Skill Development inclusive of executive coaching and performance management Systems and approaches.  His process orientation has enabled not for profit organizations, crown corporations, professional firms and businesses to arrive at realistic and practical solutions to major industry related problems. Some of his clients include the RBC, MasterCard, Chicago Bulls, MPI, UW Health, PayPal, numerous Professional Service Firms, Birchwood Automotive Group, Arctic Coop Limited, Urenco Group and many small and medium size businesses and not for profit organizations.
