This is just a friendly reminder to all HRMAM members regarding the Roster Use Policy. Please ensure you are in compliance with this policy at all times
The Roster Use Policy states:
The information contained in the Membership Roster & Resource Guide, in print and on the website, is the sole property of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba Inc. (HRMAM). Its use is restricted solely to members in good standing of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba Inc. for the purpose of networking and communicating with each other on a one on one basis and for the Association to communicate with its members. The information contained herein may not be reproduced, copied, shared, loaned, distributed, or used in any manner or form whatsoever of by any means (graphic, electronic or technical, including photocopying, recoding, taping, or entering into an information database or retrieval systems) for any purpose including, but not limited to, mass mailings, the unauthorized promotion or sale of goods and services, solicitation, or distribution to any member or non-member without prior express written consent of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba Inc. Board of Directors. Any unauthorized use of the information in this Roster is expressly prohibited.
HRMAM’s Board of Directors may, in its discretion, cancel the membership of any member who abuses the privilege of membership by inappropriate use of the Roster.
